100g Butter (salted)
40g Icing sugar
Pinch of salt (can omit if prefer less salty)
1 egg yolk (about 20g)
1. Cream butter with sugar until smooth (about a minute will do).
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a spatula until dough forms.
3. Place into piping bag with nozzle and pipe out your cookies.
4. Bake at 170C for 15-20 minutes or until the bottom is slightly brown.
