270g High protein flour
30g Plain flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 egg (large)
6g Instant yeast
1 tablespoon greentea powder
30g – Butter
120g – milk
Red bean paste (store bought or make your own)
Instructions to prepare dough:-
Using a stand mixer, mix all dough ingredients except butter and knead to form a rough dough. Add softened butter and continue to knead into a smooth and elastic dough (should pass the window pane test) and allow it to prove for 1 hr or until doubled in size.
After proofing, divide dough into 20 equal portions and wrap with red bean fillings. Let dough proof again before baking in preheated oven at 160C Fan for 15 minutes.
Cool on the rack.
