And into the oven it went….crossing all fingers and toes!
Baking at 150C, after 20 minutes, it balloons! Quickly reduced to 140C
After 70 Minutes…almost there, browning nicely..with some hairlines cracks!
Done at 75 mins…took it down from it’s inverted stand while still warm to cut…
