15g full cream milk (UHT)
63g AP flour
30g rice flour
1 tsp green tea- add into flours to sift
1) Cream butter and sugar until fluffy (about 2 minutes)
2) Add sifted flours and milk and mix until just combined.
3) Pipe out desired shapes on to a baking sheet and bake at 150C for 40-45 minutes.
Cool completely before storing in airtight containers.
