Double chocolate chiffon

I baked the 20cm version using 10 g varlhona cocoa powder and 100g self raising flour, omit the baking powder and baking soda. I used 70g dark chocolate pallets from Varlhona too. A very delicious, moist cake indeed.

Baked with Elba at 160C for 80 minutes on lowest rack.
